The menu at one of my favorite restaurants in New York is permanent.” Her space along with her colleagues brim with an all-white interior that’s straight out of a design magazine. Because duh.  “On this tray I usually put some textures, objects and fabrics we are planning to use for the project we are working on. It is an efficient, clear and nice way to show our clients our vision.”— Catherine Kwong
